ProGym Bodmin Ltd – Membership Terms and Conditions
1. Membership Agreement
By signing up for membership with ProGym Bodmin Ltd, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Membership Term
This membership is a fixed 12-month agreement.
The membership will begin on the agreed start date and continue for a full 12 months.
3. Membership Fees
The membership fee is £36.50 per month.
Payments must be made monthly via the agreed payment method.
Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of access.
4. Key Fob Deposit
A £15 key fob deposit is payable when the member receives their key fob.
The £15 deposit is refundable upon return of the key fob to ProGym Bodmin Ltd at the end of the membership, provided the key fob is returned in good working condition.
If the key fob is lost, stolen, or damaged, the £15 deposit may be retained and an additional replacement fee may apply where appropriate.
The key fob deposit is separate from the monthly membership fee and does not form part of the membership payment.
5. Access to the Gym
Members are granted 24-hour access to the gym facilities.
Access is provided via a personal key fob system.
6. Key Fob Collection
Your key fob must be collected in person from ProGym Bodmin Ltd shop.
Collection will be arranged at a mutually convenient time.
Identification may be required upon collection.
The £15 key fob deposit must be paid before or at the time the key fob is issued.
7. Key Fob Responsibility
The key fob is strictly for personal use only and must not be shared or loaned to another person.
Members are responsible for keeping their key fob secure.
Lost or damaged key fobs may result in the loss of the £15 deposit and/or an additional replacement fee.
Misuse of the key fob, including allowing another person to use it to access the gym, may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership.
8. Cancellation Policy
This membership is a 12-month commitment and cannot be cancelled early except in exceptional circumstances, such as medical reasons or relocation, subject to management approval. Proof may be required.
If the membership is terminated before the end of the 12-month term, the member agrees to pay:
One additional month's membership fee (£36.50); and
A £50 early termination fee.
All outstanding payments must be settled before cancellation is finalised.
The £15 key fob deposit will be refunded separately once the key fob has been returned to ProGym Bodmin Ltd in good working condition.
9. Member Conduct
Members must treat staff, other members, and the facility with respect at all times.
Any abusive, unsafe, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
10. Health and Safety
Members use the gym facilities at their own risk.
It is recommended that members consult a doctor before starting any exercise programme.
Members must follow all gym rules, signage, instructions, and safety guidelines.
11. Liability
ProGym Bodmin Ltd is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Use of the facilities is at the member's own risk, subject to ProGym Bodmin Ltd's legal responsibilities.
12. Changes to Terms
ProGym Bodmin Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary.
Members will be notified of any significant changes where appropriate.

1. Membership Agreement
By signing up for membership with ProGym Bodmin Ltd, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Membership Term

The membership will begin on the agreed start date and continue for a full 6 months.
3. Membership Fees
The membership fee is £40 per month.
Payments must be made monthly via the agreed payment method.
Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of access.
4. Key Fob Deposit
A £15 key fob deposit is payable when the member receives their key fob.
The £15 deposit is refundable upon return of the key fob to ProGym Bodmin Ltd at the end of the membership, provided the key fob is returned in good working condition.

ProGym Bodmin Ltd – Flexi Plan Membership Terms and Conditions
1. Membership Agreement
By signing up for the ProGym Bodmin Ltd Flexi Plan, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Flexi Plan Membership
The Flexi Plan is a flexible, rolling monthly membership.
Membership will begin on the agreed start date and will continue on a monthly basis until cancelled by the member or terminated by ProGym Bodmin Ltd in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
There is no fixed minimum membership term, and members may cancel their membership at any time.
3. Membership Fees
The Flexi Plan membership fee is £48 per month.
Payments must be made monthly via the agreed payment method.
Membership payments will continue until the membership has been cancelled in accordance with the cancellation terms below.
Failure to make a required payment may result in suspension or termination of gym access.
4. Key Deposit
A £15 key deposit is payable when the member receives their gym key fob.
The £15 deposit is refundable when the key fob is returned to ProGym Bodmin Ltd in an acceptable condition.
The deposit will not be refunded if the key fob is lost or damaged beyond reasonable use. A replacement fee may apply where appropriate.
5. Access to the Gym
Members are granted 24-hour access to the gym facilities.
Access is provided via a personal key fob.
Members must use their own key fob and must not allow another person to use it.

Your key fob must be collected in person from the ProGym Bodmin Ltd shop.

The £15 key deposit must be paid before or at the time the key fob is issued.

8. Cancellation Policy
The Flexi Plan can be cancelled at any time.
There is no early termination fee or additional cancellation charge.
Members should provide notice of cancellation in accordance with the agreed payment arrangements. Any payment that has already become due remains payable.
Once cancellation has taken effect, gym access will end and no further monthly membership payments will be due.
The £15 key deposit will be refunded once the key fob has been returned to ProGym Bodmin Ltd in an acceptable condition.
9. Member Conduct
Members must treat staff, other members, and the gym facilities with respect at all times.
Any abusive, unsafe, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership without refund of any membership fees already paid.
10. Health and Safety
Members use the gym facilities at their own risk.
Members should ensure that they are physically able to participate in exercise and should seek appropriate medical advice where necessary before starting an exercise programme.
Members must follow all gym rules, signage, instructions, and safety guidelines while using the facilities.
11. Liability
ProGym Bodmin Ltd is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to members' personal belongings brought onto the premises, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Use of the gym facilities is at the member's own risk, subject to ProGym Bodmin Ltd's legal responsibilities.
12. Changes to Terms
ProGym Bodmin Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary.
Members will be notified of any significant changes where appropriate.
13. Agreement
By signing up for the ProGym Bodmin Ltd Flexi Plan, the member confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

ProGym Bodmin Ltd – 12 Month Partner Membership Terms and Conditions
1. Membership Agreement
By signing up for a 12 Month Partner Membership with ProGym Bodmin Ltd, both individuals agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Membership Term
- This membership is a fixed 12-month agreement.
- The membership will begin on the agreed start date and continue for a full 12 months.
- Both partners are committed to the full term.
3. Membership Fees
- The membership fee is £69 per month for both partners.
- Payments must be made monthly via the agreed payment method.
- Both partners are jointly and individually responsible for ensuring payments are made on time.
- Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of access for both members.
4. Access to the Gym
- Both members are granted access to the gym facilities.
- Access is provided via individual key fobs or access methods assigned to each member.
- Access is for the registered members only and must not be shared.
5. Key Fob Responsibility
- Each member is issued their own key fob (or access method).
- Key fobs are strictly for personal use only and must not be shared.
- Lost or damaged key fobs may incur a replacement fee.
- Misuse may result in immediate termination of the membership.
6. Partner Usage
- This membership is valid only for the two named individuals registered at sign-up.
- Membership cannot be transferred, shared, or swapped with another person.
- If one partner stops attending, the membership and payments still remain active for the full term.
7. Cancellation Policy

Members will be notified of any significant changes where appropriate.
12. Joint Liability
Both partners agree that:
- They are jointly liable for all payments and obligations under this agreement.
- Any breach of these Terms by one partner may affect both members’ access and membership status.

1. Agreement
By purchasing a 1 Day Pass with ProGym Bodmin Ltd, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Duration of Access
The 1 Day Pass provides access to the gym facilities for a single day only.
Access is valid on the agreed date between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM only.
Access outside of these hours is strictly prohibited.
3. Payment
The 1 Day Pass fee must be paid in full prior to access being granted.
All payments are non-refundable.
4. Access to the Gym
- Access is provided via a secure key safe system.
- A unique access code will be sent to you prior to your booking.
- This code allows you to unlock the key safe and obtain entry to the gym.
5. Key Safe, Key & Access Code Responsibility
- The access code is strictly for personal use only and must not be shared.
- Sharing or misuse of the code may result in refusal of entry or removal from the premises without refund.
- The key must be returned to the key safe immediately after your gym session.
- You must ensure the key safe is securely locked after returning the key.
- Failure to return the key will result in a £20 charge.
6. Conduct
All users must behave respectfully towards the facility and any other members.
Any abusive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate removal without refund.
7. Health and Safety
- Use of the gym facilities is at your own risk.
- It is recommended that you consult a doctor before undertaking any exercise programme.
- All gym rules, signage, and safety instructions must be followed at all times.
8. Liability
ProGym Bodmin Ltd accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings while using the facilities.
9. Refusal of Entry
ProGym Bodmin Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate access at its discretion if these terms are breached.
10. Changes to Terms
ProGym Bodmin Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Locker Monthly Membership

Locker Rental Agreement
Locker space is available to hire for £8.00 per month.
A £5.00 refundable key deposit is required when the locker key is issued. The deposit will be refunded in full upon return of the key in good condition at the end of the rental period.
Terms and Conditions
Rental fees must be paid in advance.
The £5.00 key deposit is refundable only when the locker key is returned.
Lockers are provided for personal storage only.
All items are stored at the owner's risk. The management accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to any belongings stored in the locker.
The renter is responsible for ensuring the locker is kept secure and locked when not in use.
Locker rental may be terminated if fees remain unpaid or if the locker is used for inappropriate or prohibited items.
The locker must be emptied and the key returned upon termination of the rental agreement.
Any items left in a locker after the rental period has ended may be removed and disposed of after reasonable notice has been given.
By renting a locker, the renter agrees to these terms and conditions.

1. Agreement
By purchasing a 7 Day Pass with ProGym Bodmin Ltd, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Duration of Access
The 7 Day Pass provides access to the gym facilities for 7 consecutive days.
Access begins on the agreed start date and expires after the 7th day.
Access is available 24 hours a day during the active pass period.
3. Payment
The 7 Day Pass fee must be paid in full prior to access being granted.
All payments are non-refundable.
4. Access to the Gym
- Access is provided via a secure key safe system.
- A unique access code will be sent to you prior to your booking.
- This code allows you to unlock the key safe and obtain entry to the gym.
