ProGym Bodmin Ltd – Membership Terms and Conditions
1. Membership Agreement
By signing up for membership with ProGym Bodmin Ltd, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Membership Term

This membership is a fixed 12-month agreement.

The membership will begin on the agreed start date and continue for a full 12 months.
3. Membership Fees

The membership fee is £36.50 per month.

Payments must be made monthly via the agreed payment method.

Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of access.
4. Access to the Gym
-
Members are granted 24-hour access to the gym facilities.
-
Access is provided via a personal key fob system.
5. Key Fob Collection
-
Your key fob must be collected in person from ProGym Bodmin Ltd shop.

Collection will be arranged at a mutually convenient time.

Identification may be required upon collection.
6. Key Fob Responsibility

The key fob is strictly for personal use only and must not be shared.

Lost or damaged key fobs may incur a replacement fee.

Misuse of the key fob may result in immediate termination of membership.
7. Cancellation Policy

This membership is a 12-month commitment and cannot be cancelled early except in exceptional circumstances (e.g. medical reasons or relocation), subject to management approval. Proof may be required.

If the membership is terminated before the end of the 12-month term, the member agrees to pay:

One additional month’s membership fee (£36.50), and
-
A £50 early termination fee

All outstanding payments must be settled before cancellation is finalised.
8. Member Conduct

Members must treat staff, other members, and the facility with respect at all times.

Any abusive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
9. Health and Safety

Members use the gym facilities at their own risk.

It is recommended that members consult a doctor before starting any exercise programme.

Members must follow all gym rules, signage, and safety guidelines.
10. Liability

ProGym Bodmin Ltd is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

Use of the facilities is entirely at the member’s own risk.
11. Changes to Terms

ProGym Bodmin Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Members will be notified of any significant changes where appropriate.
